Home Journey Plan ("we," "us," "our") is a home services company based in Jasper, Alabama. We collect the minimum personal information needed to answer your enquiry, quote your project and communicate with you. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers on this website, and we delete enquiry records when they're no longer needed.

Through our forms. When you use our Service Booking form, Contact form or newsletter Subscribe form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your preferred dates and any project details you choose to share.

Through direct contact. If you call our office at (205) 221-3463, email info@dreamnestylivings.com, or visit us at 1184 Drummond Rd, Jasper, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up properly.

What we don't collect. This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or behavioral profiling. We don't need them to paint a house well.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare your free, itemized estimate.
  • To schedule, plan and complete the services you book with us.
  • To send the monthly newsletter — only if you subscribed, and only until you unsubscribe.
  • To keep basic business records required by Alabama law and our insurers.

4. Email Communications & Subscriptions

Our newsletter is strictly opt-in. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and removing yourself takes effect immediately. If you've never subscribed, we will never add you — subscription confirmations from forms you didn't fill in are usually the result of a typo, and we remove those on request.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This website may use your browser's local storage for purely functional purposes — for example, remembering your menu preference during your visit. These are not tracking cookies, contain no personal identifiers, and never leave your device. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

6. How We Protect Your Information

Enquiry emails are delivered to a monitored business inbox accessible only to authorized staff at our Jasper office. Our website forms are submitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

7. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Full stop.

We share information only in these limited circumstances: with our email service provider when delivering your estimate or newsletter; with suppliers who need your delivery address for ordered materials (windows, fixtures); and when required by law, court order or valid government request. In each case, only the minimum necessary information is shared.

8. Data Retention

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and honor our 2-year workmanship guarantee — typically up to three years after project completion. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request early deletion of your records at any time (see Your Rights below).

  • Correct — fix any detail we've recorded incorrectly.
  • Delete — request removal of your personal records, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Our website may link to external sites (for example, manufacturer warranty pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.
